Best of Cochrane 2020 Winners

Cochrane is known for churning out elite level athletes from the gridiron to the rink and one of Cochrane’s golden boys has stood out in the eyes of his community.

Libby Fulton knew she wanted to work with animals when she was child. With a farm background and a lifelong interest in biology her path seemed naturally set toward veterinarian medicine.

There is likely not an organization more ingrained in the Cochrane community than the Cochrane and Area Humane Society (CAHS). Janaia Hutzal, CAHS communications coordinator, said she is amazed by the support the community gives the society.

Erol Yersel, owner of Erol’s Automotive, knows having your car repaired can sometimes be a stressful situation, which is why he and his staff strive to make it as painless as possible.

Courtney Sproule has dedicated her life to the betterment of lives through dance and her commitment to that cause has earned her gold in this year’s Cochrane Eagle’s Best of Cochrane Readers’ Choice Awards.
