Local musician Doug Taylor will be taking his talents on stage at a local Cochrane establishment on Jan. 29.

LifzGood Acoustic is about playing the songs you know, from the Beatles to Coldplay in an acoustic manner.
Accompanied by only his six or 12-string guitar and a top of the line Bose system, Taylor sings an incredibly wide range of "songs you know" from as far back as the 1950's to some recent hits; although his favourite decades are the 1970's, 1980's and 1990's. He has more than 1,600 songs he can play and is constantly adding new requests, both classic and new hits.
Now here is where Doug truly separates himself from the competition ... Taylor knows how to play to a room. He engages the audience and makes everyone feel important. For those that just want to have a drink and chat with their friends, Taylor is the background jukebox. Alternatively, when the live music audience wants to hear and even dance to their favourite tunes of the past, Doug is interactive and gets the crowd rocking.
The Wednesday show will take begin at 6 p.m. and go until 10 p.m.
