The success of the CAC small works show certainly indicated that Cochrane residents as well as those from Calgary and area enjoyed the availability of small pieces that were reasonably priced.
Sales were up from last year and those in attendance were very complementary of the caliber of the artwork. Many asked if the sale was to be continued the following day so they could bring out another guest.
However, holding the event at a church foyer does not allow the club to continue on a Sunday.
At this time of the year, there are several art shows being advertised but this “Small Works” show was unique to the area.
