Dear editor:
I would like to thank some people who stopped last Sunday at an accident at the bottom of the Cochrane Big Hill.
We did not get their names as we were preoccupied with all that was happening, but their kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed.
To the fellow with the SUV who kept us warm until the RCMP got there; to the couple in the Ford truck who just wanted to be sure we weren’t hurt; and to the two “sisters” who just wanted to give me a hug when they knew we were OK.
Also, to members of the RCMP, fire and emergency services: you were all so great to us.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts...your compassion was appreciated.
