Cochrane RCMP will hold a Rocky View County Town Hall meeting on March 28, offering county residents the opportunity to learn more about the detachment's rural policing priorities.

The meeting, hosted by acting detachment commander Staff Sergeant Chad Fournier, will take place at the Bearspaw Lions Club facility, located at 25240 Nagway Road, Calgary, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Residents of Rocky View County who live in the areas of Bearspaw, Elbow Valley, and those whose address falls within Township Road 290, Highway 66, and Range Road 62 are invited and encouraged to attend.

Cochrane RCMP would like to hear from residents living in those areas about any thoughts, comments, or concerns about rural policing priorities and community needs, as well as meet with members of the community.

An online survey to provide input on policing priorities can be found online via surveymonkey.com/r/Z7JV5QZ. The survey will be available until March 24.
