Early this morning (Sept.10), Cochrane RCMP received multiple reports of three prowlers near parked vehicles in Bow Meadows. While heading to the location, RCMP noticed a 2004 Dodge Caravan with a flat tire, driving erratically. The van was stopped and a 20-year-old female from Morley was further examined for impaired driving.

Police then arrived in Bow Meadows and located and arrested two adult males who were trying door handles and taking items from unlocked vehicles. The males, ages 23 and 25 are both residents from Morley and have been taken in for further questioning.

RCMP are reminding residents of Cochrane to lock car doors and keep valuables out of sight to ensure your vehicle doesn't get broken into.
