Stoney Nakoda Family Resource Network is offering a day of free ice skating, drinks, snacks and raffle door prizes for Family Day Feb. 18.
All Stoney community members are welcome to lace up their skates and bring their helmets to the Stoney Tribal Hockey Arena which will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the holiday. There will also be a limited supply of skates and helmets to loan.
No hockey sticks or pucks are permitted and the arena is also enforcing all COVID-19 policies and procedures. Proof of vaccination is needed for anyone 12 years of age or older.
