Last Wednesday, my friend and I tried the walk from Mitford to end of Quigley which runs along the river.
We got to the Quigley end and I suffered vertigo, hit the grass— Well if anyone has had vertigo, they will understand that there is no "immediate" recovery back to normal.
My friend and another lady walked back to Quigley where Firefighter Dean was in his yard on his day off.
They called EMT and Dean took control until their arrival.
I do not know Dean's last name so I do hope this sincere Thank You will reach him.
Also many thanks to Catherine Aram and the couple who kept watch on me.
I would also like to commend our 911 team of professionals here in Cochrane. The Best!!!
