The 10 cent or more difference between Cochrane gas prices compared to Calgary with GasBuddy.com reporting most Cochrane stations listing prices at 106.9 cents per litre. The exception and the cheapest gas in town is at the Co-op where it is 98.9 cents per litre. Fireside Shell and the Sunset Gas plus are the highest at 107.9 and 109.9 respectively.
Calgary prices in the NW are between 96.9 and 98.9 cents per litre and they are even better in the south where gas is between 93.9 (at Husky in Somercrest) and 95.9 cents per litre.
Northern gas is still the cheapest in the province with Spruce Grove posting prices of 92.9 cents per litre.
Cochrane diesel prices are all over the map. GasBuddy.com has the Co-op with the cheapest diesel at 99.1 cents per litre and the Chevron on James Walker Trail the most expensive at 130.9 cents per litre.
