Town of Cochrane reports eight active cases of COVID-19

The Town of Cochrane reported eight active cases of COVID-19 as of the end of the day Monday (Feb. 15). To date there have been 320 cases of COVID-19 identified in Cochrane— Two people have died and 310 people have recovered.

COCHRANE— The Town of Cochrane has seen a slight uptick in the number of active COVID-19 cases.

The Town of Cochrane reported eight active cases of COVID-19 as of the end of the day Monday (Feb. 15). To date there have been 320 cases of COVID-19 identified in Cochrane— Two people have died and 310 people have recovered.

In Alberta 263 new cases of COVID-19 were identified over the last 24 hours.

The provincial testing positive rate currently sits at five per cent.

There are 365 hospitalizations due to the virus, including 56 in intensive care units.

The province reported nine additional COVID-related deaths. To date, 1,791 Albertans have died.

As of Monday (Feb. 15), 149,138 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered, and 54,024 Albertans have been fully immunized with two doses.

There are 4,933 active cases of COVID-19 in Alberta.
