The Cochrane Integrated Arts Society (CIAS) is inviting visual artists of all kinds from the Town of Cochrane, Bighorn, Foothills, Mountain View and Rocky View Counties, as well as the Stoney Nation to collaborate as members of a non-profit arts collective to display and sell their work in a permanent gallery and or market style space.
A space has been offered to support the formation of this collective and CIAS is surveying artists to determine the level of interest in this venture before negotiating with the prospective venue.
In order to have their work displayed in the collective gallery space, all interested artists would need to provide an example of, or link to, their work for a jury process in the future. This will ensure a standard of professionalism for all.
