Taylor McElroy and Annie Morrison have both been selected to play for Team Alberta at the lacrosse national tournament in Halifax next month.
The local lacrosse players, currently suiting up for the Rockyview Rage Bantam girls team, have been busy helping their team to second place in the Calgary District Lacrosse League’s Bantam girls division.
The Rage wrap up their regular season tonight (June 19) against the first-place Calgary Axemen, 6 p.m. at Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre.
The two teams advancing to the city final advance to provincials in Beaumont.
