Allan Ross Hansen passed away at the Bow-Crest Long Term Care Home in Calgary, AB, on Sunday, January 2, 2022.
We are saddened by the loss of our brother, uncle, and friend. Allan was born on June 16, 1947 in Eckville, AB. He spent his younger years in Butte and Cochrane, Alberta. He lived his adult life in Calgary and was blessed to live in the Community of L’Arche for 40 years. He is survived by 6 siblings and their spouses, Linda Steeves, Eileen (Wayne) Burkholder, Fay Lewis, Ernest (Susan) Hansen, Doreen (Norman) Willey, Larry (Nancy) Hansen; and numerous nieces and nephews. Allan was predeceased by his parents, Martin and Catherine Hansen of Cochrane, Alberta.
