PAPA JAY - Pierre Joseph Eyma
April 13, 1937 – March 29, 2022
Papa’s Journey here on earth is now completed, as Creator called him to his Heavenly home on the afternoon of March 29, 2022 at the age of 84.
The Rays from Heaven shone brightly down, eagles circled overhead, and newborn calves frolicked around with fresh new life!
Papa passed away while doing one of the things he loved best in life, helping animals in need however sadly this time a tragic incident took him from us.
We find comfort in knowing that he was surrounded by his animals, on the land that he grew up on, doing what he loved most.
Papa worked hard all his life to be an amazing role model & was such a genuine humble man. He was an avid hunter and very proud to be a generational rancher in beautiful Jackass Canyon amongst the Wildcat Hills. In his leisure time he was a huge Calgary Flames and Stampeders fan.
He will be dearly missed by his children Jayena (Wayde), Jayme (Lori), Jaynel (Danny), Jaylene (Myles), Benji, Chache & Bob, his 14 grandchildren and their spouses, his 7 great grandchildren, his sister Anita and her family and so many family & friends who adored him.
He was predeceased by his Soulmate and love of his life -Lynne (Mama); Son -Jayston; Parents- Marie & Pierre; Brother -Clay and brother-in-law Newt.
Although we will miss him dearly and having him here present in our lives, we rejoice in the abundance of good years and amazing memories we were all blessed to make with him. He is now dancing in the sky with Mama and we will all look forward to our heavenly reunion someday.
At Papa's request there will not be a public service.
