In 2013, the Cochrane Activettes established an annual bursary for $3,500 to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the club. For 2021 only, we are offering two bursaries, each valued at $3,500. These bursaries are open to any student attending a technical school or a university. Applicants must have graduated from a high school in Cochrane, be 22 years of age or younger as of June 1, 2021, have volunteered in some capacity within the Cochrane community, and are experiencing financial difficulty to further their education.
Although the club is very visible in the community by supporting local causes, we wish to make graduating students aware of our bursary.
