We would like to take a moment to thank everyone Involved for the quick response to the grass fire on Highway 1A some 500yds East of The Summer Village of Ghost Lake on Oct. 11,2020.
To First Responders, Fire Departments, Volunteers Fire Departments, RCMP, with help from the helicopters from the Devils Head Wildfire, all arrived quickly and took Control of the Fire which if not controlled so quickly could have given serious consequences to our village and surrounding areas.
Again We Thank Everyone Who Responded, and please stay safe!
