Airdrie, Alta. – On Dec. 2, 2023, at 1:39 a.m., Airdrie RCMP received a report of a single vehicle motor vehicle collision on Range Road 11, 3 kilometers South of Airdrie. Upon arrival, the vehicle had major damage from striking a power pole. The driver and lone occupant of the vehicle, a 28-year-old female resident of Calgary, was deceased. RCMP remained on scene for several hours investigating the scene.
The investigation continues.
