Susan Flowers, manager of Cochrane Family and Community Support Services (FCSS), is looking for Cochrane foodies and supporters to vote for the proposed Food Connect program that is being launched through the Cochrane CookHouse — the town-funded initiative that looks to promote health, knowledge and food skills through community and education.

The Food Connect program seeks to increase food security for at-risk households, while promoting better access to nutritious foods for the entire community.

The qualifying round closes Nov. 5.
