QMJHL roundup: Dumais nets 7 points as Mooseheads crush Wildcats 11-3

MONCTON, N.B. — Jordan Dumais scored four goals and added three assists as the visiting Halifax Mooseheads crushed the Monton Wildcats 11-3 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action on Sunday.

Josh Lawrence scored three goals for the Mooseheads (37-8-4-3), while Mathieu Cataford scored twice, and Alexandre Doucet and Evan Boucher netted singles.

Vincent Labelle, Preston Lounsbury and Yoan Loshing scored for the Wildcats (25-25-1-2).

The Mooseheads outshot the hosts 38-29 and led 3-0 after the first period and 10-1 after 40 minutes.
