Hi Editor,
I am an avid swimmer and have had to drop my SLS membership that I only use for swimming. When the new pool opened we were promised that one swim lane would always be open. Recently the lanes are continually booked out to clubs or groups and member lane swim is not available. Granted if you are retired and can go mid afternoon you are fine.
I work full time and wonder why our wonderful new pool is never available to the public? I have cancelled my membership. Does the Town still subsidize this pool, or is it privately owned?
