Bragg Creek’s fourth annual Scarecrow Festival promises to be a frightening and fun-filled few weeks for townspeople and tourists alike.
Every year, dozens of businesses and homes are decorated with scarecrows of all stripes – scary, goofy, cute and everything in between. People tour around taking in the straw-stuffed sights and vote for their favourites, with winners selected in up to seven categories.
The spooky showcase kicks off Friday and runs until Nov. 6.
