Thank you Cochrane, for nine wonderful years...
I would like to take a moment to thank all of the wonderful Cochranites that made us feel welcome and a part of this community.
Nine years ago, almost to the day, I was offered an opportunity to come out to Cochrane with the goal of taking recreation to the next level. Cochrane responded overwhelming and showed their support by joining SLS FSC and had the patience and the confidence to allow us time to test and try new things.
As my wife and I prepare to move on and begin the next chapter of our lives, I wanted to say thank you; in particular to the many wonderful staff I had the privilege of working with over the years (I couldn’t have done it without you; thank you for believing in the vision and having the courage to push your comfort levels) the fantastic members, tenants, user groups, program participants, funders, foundations and naming sponsors. Lastly, thank you Cochrane Eagle, for all your support over those years.
We will miss this town and the wonderful friends we have made here.
