The Cochrane Art Club has changed the dates for its Small Works Sale.
The sale, which now runs Sept. 25 from 5 to 9 p.m. and Sept. 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., features smaller-scale paintings in oils, acrylic, water colour, pen and ink, and graphite to list just a few of the mediums.
In the past, the Small Works Sale has been held in November.
A feature wall of members’ five-by-seven-inch paintings will be set up at this year’s sale.
The group will also be holding an open house at St. Andrew’s United Church Sept. 15 to engage with people interested in Cochrane’s art community.
Membership is open to those interested in joining.
This year marks the club’s 56th anniversary.
