Holy Spirit students will get schooled in physical literacy on Friday with the annual Health Fair at Spray Lake Sawmills Family Sports Centre.

Described as more of a sports day, organizers explained it was made possible thanks in part to an RBC Learn to Play Project grant.

More than 400 students will spend the day taking part in different activities ranging from yoga to Zumba.

“We are just looking forward to a wonderful day full of activity and having fun,” said Greg Wotias, Holy Spirit School principal.
