Cochrane’s first CommUNITY picnic kicks off this Sunday at the Ranche site.
Initiated as a way for newcomers to get to know the town, the event will feature food trucks, family-friendly activities, information booths, prize giveaways, and meet and greets with community leaders.
The Town’s Recreation, Culture and Arts department, the Equity and Inclusion Committee, and Cochrane’s Immigrant Services Committee host the picnic.
The CommUNITY picnic is free for attendees on Aug. 28 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Historic Cochrane Ranche site.
