Starting Feb. 1 you’ll be able to get your exercise and have the kids looked after at the same time.
Cochrane Health & Fitness is opening an onsite daycare centre for busy parents trying to squeeze a workout into their busy schedules.
Billed as a “safe and fun place for kids to hang out while parents work out or enjoy a fitness class,” unlimited access to the PlayCare Centre costs $30 a month per child for any Cochrane Health & Fitness member with a three, six, or 12-month membership. The centre “welcomes kids as young as three months old and is open six days a week.”
Parents are encouraged to drop by the PlayCare Centre after Feb. 1 during business hours at Cochrane Health & Fitness, 220 118 First Ave, in the old Sheridan Mall.
