The news was revealed by the Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation (GRPF) on May 23. The children’s race is one of five categories offered during the Run at the Ranch, which is set to get underway on July 19 as part of the Glenbow Ranch Provincial Park’s Parks Day festivities.

“The Bow Valley Credit Union is excited to sponsor the Children’s Challenge,” said Scott Grattidge, manager of the Cochrane branch. “It will be great to have as many kids as possible come out for the run and to stay after to celebrate Parks Day.”

The Children’s Challenge is a free, one-kilometre run for kids.
