Golden Life Management will be hosting a ground breaking event for Grand Avenue Village Cochrane’s Independent Living Village on June 10.
Starting at 11 a.m., the event will feature multiple guest speakers, a light lunch, and refreshments.
The Independent Living Village will hold 87 units for seniors. Housing options will vary between studio and one and two-bedroom suites with access to multiple common areas.
Construction of the project will begin during the month of June and wrap up in the summer of 2017.
