The Cochrane RCMP are currently seeking public assistance for information about a break and enter in the Ghost Lake area earlier this year.
Between May 10-18, a cabin located on the north side of Ghost Lake was the target of intentional mischief.
There was furniture thrown through the window of the residence, trees felled onto the roof and the interior was severely damaged.
The Cochrane RCMP are currently investigating the break and enter to commit mischief over $5,000.

The Cochrane RCMP are currently asking public assistance for information for theft from a construction site this October. Cochrane RCMP were informed of a theft on Oct. 17 at a construction site located near the intersection of Bearspaw Road and Rolling Acres Drive. Police noted a lock to the utility trailer that has been cut with a damaged fence that bordered the property.
What was stolen:
1 - 2000 Yamaha generator (blue)
1 - Stihl concrete cutting saw (orange and white)
1 - propane bottle with regulator hose and torch
2 - rolls of copper tracer wire, 14 gauge
2 - rolls of copper tracer wire 6 gauge
A green side by side "Gator" ATV was also reported missing/stolen but recovered a short distance away.
The Cochrane RCMP are currently investigating the theft over $5,000 from a construction site. Anyone with information is asked to call Const.
