You may have seen a knight or maiden around town, building the momentum for the 2019 Medieval Day at the Cochrane Public Library this Saturday, July 27.

Calling all knights, fair maidens, jesters and jousters.

The annual Cochrane Medieval Day will commence this Saturday, July 27 at the Cochrane Public Library.

A full day event with plenty of indoor and outdoor activities from the wee princes and princesses all the way to high-ranking royalty, the celebration of days of yore will run from 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at 405 Railway Street West.

Highlights include knights from the Wardens of the Red Tower, Vestrheim Vikings, All Saints Medieval Fellowship and axe throwing courtesy of Chuck Steel's Axe House.
