The Boys and Girls Club of Cochrane and Area is hosting its second annual Newfie Night fundraiser March 31 and April 1.
The event includes a fish and chip dinner, screeching ceremony, raffles, a silent auction and live entertainment from the Atlantic Storm.
Last year the event raised nearly $10,000 for Boys and Girls Club programming. Doors open at 5 p.m., dinner to start at 6 p.m. and entertainment taking the stage at 8 p.m, at the Texas Gate, located at 304 First St. W. Tickets are available at the Boys and Girls Club, the Texas Gate, or at bgccochrane.ca.
