Alberta Health Services is bringing a screen test to the community for women ages 50 to 74, who can self-refer and should have mammogram screening every two years, or for women aged 40 to 49, who can get screened with an official referral.
This is one of the two mobile screening clinics that provide services to women in over 110 communities in rural Alberta.
The screen test will be available in Cochrane from Jan. 4 to 7. Call 1-800-667-0604 to be an appointment or for more information, go to screeningforlife.ca
