Heavy snow continues to pack streets and sidewalks around town.
A snowfall warning is still in effect for Cochrane and surrounding areas including Airdrie, Olds and Sundre. Expect to see around 10 to 15 cm of snow after it's said to taper off early Wednesday morning.
Brace yourself on your drive home from work as travel conditions may vary with visibility and heavy snow. Give yourself plenty of stopping room and prepare to encounter heavier traffic volumes.
Not all bad news though as the snow won't have too much of a chance to stick around as we will move into warmer temperatures later in the week. Make sure you top up on that windshield washer fluid as those plus temperatures will make it messy out there.
