November 20, 1935 – February 25, 2022
With sadness we announce Ralph’s passing on Friday, February 25, 2022. He was born in Wayne, AB, November 20, 1935. The family moved from Willow Creek, AB to the farm in May 1943. Ralph’s long battle with Parkinson’s disease is over. He enjoyed his family, neighbours, farming, auction sales, rodeo, and meeting new people.
Ralph is survived by his wife Carol; sons, Bob, Joe, Gary (Jill); grandchildren, Ty, Riley, Violet, Alice, and Miles; Nieces, Georgina (Wayne), and Leni; and great-nephew Adam. He was predeceased by his parents, Joe and Anna; brother, Frankie; sisters, Margaret, Martha and Marlene.
A Big thank you to the Bethany Airdrie for the wonderful care given to Ralph. A gathering for family and friends to be held at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made in Ralph’s name to the Parkinson’s Association of Alberta parkinsonassociation.ca or to a charity of your choice.
