Premier Kenney’s response to the Supreme Court of Canada’s ruling that the Liberal government’s Carbon Tax plan is constitutional has been weak in the extreme.

Premier Jason Kenney’s response to the Supreme Court of Canada’s ruling that the Liberal government’s Carbon Tax plan is constitutional has been weak in the extreme.

Over the years, Alberta has given a disproportionate $650 billion toward Confederation, most of it going to Quebec in order to secure votes by Liberals and Conservatives.  Mr. Kenney should “just say no” to the federal government tax levy and demand that Alberta collects its own tax revenue before sending anything to Ottawa.  If Quebec can collect its own taxes, it’s high time our provincial premier called for Alberta to do the same and put a stop to this theft.

But we all know Kenney will not stand up to the Feds, will not repeal the Health mandates, will not repeal Bill 10, or the Provincial Administrative Penalties Act, or the Alberta Land Stewardship Act, all boot-choking legislation.  His Recall and Citizens Initiative are virtually impossible to attain, so what’s the point?  It has become more and more apparent that Mr. Kenney is a legislative failure.

He has become unelectable for a second term.  DNR - DNot Re-elect!
