Jim Beatty was located safe and unharmed Sunday (Nov. 29) evening.
COCHRANE— Cochrane RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a man who was last seen on Saturday (Nov. 28).
Jim Beatty, 73, was last seen near the Glenbow Drive area in Cochrane during a walk on Saturday afternoon. He failed to return home from his walk.
Beatty is described as being 5’11, 172 lbs with grey hair and blue eyes.
Cochrane Search and Rescue and Calgary Search and Rescue personnel conducted ground searches Sunday morning. They were assisted by the RCMP helicopter.
Cochrane RCMP is asking residents in the area to inspect their properties— Including garages and sheds.
If Beatty is seen call 911.
